The Prophet (PBUH) encouraged poets to honor him through their poetry. He elevated Sayyidna Hassan bin Thabit by placing him on his pulpit, kissing his head, and praying for him to be strengthened by the Holy Spirit. He also gifted Sayyidna Zuhair his blessed cloak. With such esteemed recognition, it is no surprise that countless Muslim scholars and poets composed heartfelt Qasidas in his praise!
